Granblue Fantasy: Relink | Endless Ragnarok Demo Now Available
The Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok demo is now available for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam. Newcomers can explore an early part of the story, learn the combat basics, and complete quests before entering the full action RPG.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok opens its demo to newcomers
The demo serves as an introduction to Granblue Fantasy: Relink and includes Story Mode, Quest Mode, and Tutorial Mode. Each option focuses on a different part of the experience, giving players a chance to become familiar with its characters, exploration, and real-time battles.
Story Mode covers an early portion of the main adventure. Completing it grants rewards that can later be redeemed in the full version of Granblue Fantasy: Relink or Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok, offering an extra reason to finish the available chapter.
Three modes introduce Relink's story and combat
Tutorial Mode explains the basic controls used during exploration and combat, making it a useful starting point for anyone unfamiliar with Relink. Players can then move into Story Mode or test their skills against enemies through the separate Quest Mode.
Multiple characters are playable in the demo, allowing newcomers to experience different combat styles without beginning with the full release. The three-mode structure also lets players choose between following the story, learning the mechanics, or moving directly into focused battles.
Four quests support solo and online play
Quest Mode includes four quests that can be played alone or with other players. Cross-platform matchmaking is available, so demo users can join online sessions with players using the other supported platforms.
Three quests are available at the beginning. Completing them unlocks a fourth challenge called "Sephira's Sanguine Glimmer," which introduces Summons, one of the new battle mechanics featured in Endless Ragnarok. Every completed quest also provides rewards for the full game.
Demo saves, rewards, and membership requirements
Progress is saved automatically, but players cannot save or load their data manually. Demo progress does not transfer to the full game, while completion rewards become available to claim after the release of Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok.
PlayStation Plus is not required for online multiplayer on PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 4. Nintendo Switch 2 players need a Nintendo Switch Online membership for online play. Cygames ID link bonuses can only be claimed in the full game and are not available inside the demo.
IMPORTANT: Demo progress cannot be transferred to the full game. If the saved completion data is deleted, the corresponding demo rewards cannot be claimed.{alertWarning}
Daisuki's Tip
We recommend starting with Tutorial Mode if this is your first time playing Relink, then moving into Story Mode before trying the four available quests.
Completing the demo content matters because Story Mode and Quest Mode provide rewards that can be redeemed in the full game once Endless Ragnarok becomes available.
Keep the demo save data on your system after completing its modes. Deleting it will also remove the information required to claim the related rewards.
