Project RX has expanded its planned platform lineup. According to Automaton West and Inven Global, Nexon confirmed during its Q1 2026 earnings briefing that the upcoming anime-style project will also release on consoles, in addition to PC and mobile.
The game is being developed by RX Studio under Nexon Games’ IO Division, the organization connected to Blue Archive. While full gameplay details remain limited, Project RX has been described as an immersive 3D subculture game centered on storytelling, character interaction, and daily-life content.

What’s New in Project RX

Nexon Games’ official press release describes Project RX as a subculture game built with Unreal Engine 5, featuring high-quality 3D graphics, immersive storytelling, and daily-life content with its characters. The project is led by producer Cha Min-seo, with YutokaMizu serving as art director.
The title is not currently confirmed as an open-world game. More information about gameplay, supported console platforms, release timing, and global availability has not yet been announced.
